User Agreement

Welcome to Fluffwalk! By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. Fluffwalk is a platform that connects pet owners ("Pet Parents") with trusted pet walkers ("Walkers") in their local area.

Our service is designed to provide safe, reliable, and loving care for your pets. All users must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.

Service Terms

For Pet Parents:

• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your pet, including health conditions, behavioral notes, and emergency contacts.
• You must ensure your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations and is in good health for walks.
• You agree to provide necessary walking equipment (leash, waste bags, etc.) unless otherwise arranged.
• You are responsible for payment of all booked services according to our payment terms.

For Walkers:

• You must complete our verification process, including background checks and references.
• You agree to provide professional, caring service and follow all pet care instructions.
• You must maintain active communication with pet parents, including photo updates and walk reports.
• You are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of pets in your care during scheduled walks.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Pet Parents are charged at the time of booking confirmation. Walkers receive payment within 24-48 hours after walk completion.

Our service fee is included in the displayed price. Prices may vary based on location, duration, and special requirements.

Walk Cancellation Policy

Pet Parent Cancellations:

• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled walk
• 50% charge for cancellations within 2-4 hours
• Full charge for cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows

Walker Cancellations:

• Walkers must provide at least 4 hours notice when possible
• Emergency cancellations are understood and will not result in penalties
• We will help find alternative walkers when cancellations occur

Safety & Insurance

The safety of pets is our top priority. All walkers undergo background checks and safety training. However, pet parents acknowledge that pet walking involves inherent risks.

Fluffwalk carries liability insurance for incidents that occur during scheduled walks. Detailed insurance information is available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best service possible, Fluffwalk's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Pet parents and walkers are encouraged to communicate directly about any special needs or concerns.
